Dancing in the City

When Holden is in the Lavender Room at the hotel he displays his strange but wonderful nature. For example, he looks at the girls sitting near him and says how two of them are ugly but one is halfway decent and yet he still wants to flirt with them and dance. I think life is just a game for Holden. He never takes anything too seriously and does things for fun instead of not doing things because of what the outcome might be. Even though Holden didn't want a relationship or anything to come out of talking to the women at the club and yet he knew that dancing with them would be fun so he did what he needed to to enjoy his night.   I think everyone should live like this. Live for the moment and enjoy your life instead of always thinking about what the long term outcome of your actions might be. I'm not saying to do anything bad thinking that it won't affect your future but don't be afraid to take risks to better yourself.
